To Our Friends & Clients,
We have emerged from our bold restructuring plan implementation, have survived the economic downturn and are ready to charge into 2010. While some things never change - our client's needs are still our primary focus - we adjusted in areas that needed to be realigned. I want to say, "Thank you!" to those clients that have been patient with us during these difficult economic times. For our new clients, welcome to the family; you are in excellent company.

We work hard, but we do have fun at what we do. Our hard work has paid off as we have received numerous awards for our efforts to design an historically accurate restoration of the LaPorte County Courthouse. our Architectural Officer has become LEED certified and we are asking "How Green is HERCEG, Inc," some ideas were not feasible, but other were great. It's easy being green and I am encouraging my staff to take several steps; we are printing double sided on all our printers now by default and employees are bringing plants for their desks to improve the indoor air quality of our office. We spend a lot hours together; this is a second home to us and we want it to be nice.
